Services we offer.- An initial sit down with you and your family to discuss your concerns, from the basic routine house or property checks that can take place once a week to a complete support package and care for your property year round.
- We strongly urge all of our customers to have an alarm system on your property. This option can eliminate issues like pipes freezing in the winter, boiler and facility malfunctions. Having a low temperature sensor also installed on your alarm means we can be notified by the monitoring company. We can immediately asses your property and call our contractors to avoid a very large and costly mess.
- Mail or larger packages can be delivered to our residence. We can then forward items to your destination of choice in the event your not home.
- Storing your car for the winter or vacation? Before your arrival we can ensure the battery is fully charged and your vehicle prepped for use.
- For customers that choose Sky’s Carpentry to maintain their property year round, we provide landscaping options from simply having the grass cut to spring and fall clean ups.
- Cleaning services for your home which I am proud to say is managed by my wife.
- We keep as many services in house as we can. Our licensed electricians, plumbers and carpenters have been a part of our team for nearly 5 years and are ready to assist.
