Repair and replacement of roofs- It was great! From the initial visit and estimate to the finish, the job was tip top professional. We had house guests from Seattle vacationing at our home while the work was being done. Every day the team showed up on time, dedicated themselves to long days, and as unobtrusively as possible got the job done and done well. Every day the site was tidied well beyond our expectations. The team was professional at all times in their work and their personal conduct. The pricing was very fair and was presented with detailed costs making it very transparent. When issues arose with problems with the surface beneath existing shingles, Shaun clearly explained our options and the prices associated with them.

General carpentry- He is great guy. He's very thorough and does a good job. He works towards customer satisfaction and always take that extra step to make sure you're happy. He's a very good carpenter and very cooperative.
Conversion of dirt-floored garage into insulated workshop.- The job was spread out over a period of a couple of months. Mr. Yanuszewski accommodated a number of design changes professionally. He suggested and implemented ways that I could save money and still get what I wanted. He was open to advances in remodeling practice and materials, adding new knowledge to his professional qualifications.
